چکیده
Background and Objectives Continuous exercise with moderate intensity the use of nanocurcumin supplementation has potential to control reduce tumors central nervous system, including glioblastoma. We assessed simultaneous effect moderate-intensity continuous exercises on STAT3 gene expression in mice glioblastoma multiforme brain tumors. Subjects Methods Thirty-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups five rats: basal (BC), 4-week (4wC), cancer (BT), (4 wT), cancer+training (TE), cancer+nanocurcumin (TN), cancer+ + (TEN). After injection cells forehead, animals treated by gavage at dose 80 mg/kg for 28 days, days a week, started training treadmill four weeks, three days/weeks, 25 40 minutes per week speed 18 m/min. Finally, then sacrificed data collected. Results Moderate-intensity significantly reduced tumor volume TEN group (P<0.05). But this decrease was not significant TE TN groups. Conclusion It seems that decreased size, combination therapeutic role treatment process

Background and Aim: Diabetes is a metabolic disease that is associated with heart injury. It has been shown that exercise training and resveratrol can improve the cardiac structure and function of diabetic subjects. The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of aerobic training along with resveratrol on gene expression of AMPK and MAFbx on cardiac tissue of diabetic experimental mod...
متن کاملEffect of 4 Weeks Preconditioning with High Intensity Interval Training and Moderate Intensity Continuous Training on Brain Levels of TNF-Α and TLR4 in Male Wistar Rats
Introduction: Inflammation in the brain is known as neuroinflammation and increases TNF-α (Tumor necrosis factor alpha) secretion and activates the TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) pathway. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 4 weeks preconditioning with high intensity intermittent training (HIIT) and moderate intensity training (MICT) on TNF-α and TLR4 levels in male Wistar rats. M...

15 صفحه اولComparing the Effect of High and Moderate Intensity Exercise Trainings and Resveratrol Supplementation on FGF-21 and Cytokeratin-18 in Rats with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Background and purpose: There is little evidence about the effect of exercise trainings with different intensities and resveratrol on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) indexes. This investigation aimed at studying the effect of 8 weeks of high and moderate intensity exercise training and resveratrol supplementation on alterations of FGF-21 and Cytokeratin-18 levels in NAFLD rats. Materi...
متن کاملThe Effect of Moderate Intensity Running Exercise on Femoral Bone Microarchitectures in Ovariectomized Sprague-Dawley Rats
Background & Objective: One of the most serious health problems is osteoporosis and it is mandatory to find preventive methods to confront this difficulty. Non-pharmacological methods are in priority due to less side effects. This study investigated the effect of treadmill running exercise on bone microarchitectures in female osteoporotic rats induced by ovariectomy. Materials & Methods: 30 rat...
